DAY 1

Arrival in Luxor

Welcome at the airport and transfer to your floating sanctuary: the Dahabiya. Time to settle in, breathe deeply, and enjoy a welcome dinner under the stars. Overnight on board in Luxor.

DAY 2

Temples of Karnak & Luxor

🧘‍♀️ Morning yoga at sunrise – A gentle practice to awaken body, mind, and breath. Visit the grand temples of Karnak and Luxor – ancient centers of cosmic and spiritual wisdom. 🧘‍♀️ Evening yoga – Grounding and relaxing before dinner. Overnight in Luxor.

DAY 3

The West Bank & Sailing

🧘‍♀️ Intentional morning yoga. Explore the Valley of the Kings and the majestic Temple of Hatshepsut, the legendary queen-pharaoh. Lunch on board, then we begin our peaceful journey south. 🧘‍♀️ Sunset yoga. Night sailing beneath the silent stars.

DAY 4

Edfu & Al Hamam Beach

🧘‍♀️ Sunrise yoga on deck. Visit the magnificent Temple of Edfu, dedicated to Horus. We continue to Al Hamam beach for a magical evening of music, dance, and dinner by the fire. 🧘‍♀️ Beach yoga at sunset. Fall asleep beside the river, lulled by its gentle whispers.

DAY 5

Kom Ombo & Gebel el Silsila

🧘‍♀️ Morning yoga in nature. Explore the awe-inspiring temple at Gebel el Silsila, carved into the cliffs. Later, visit the dual temple of Kom Ombo, honoring both Sobek the crocodile god and Horus the Elder — a perfect place to reflect on inner dualities. 🧘‍♀️ Restorative evening yoga. Overnight sailing toward Aswan.

DAY 6

Arrival in Aswan

🧘‍♀️ Dawn yoga by the calm southern waters. Arrive in luminous Aswan. Visits include the Temple of Philae (dedicated to Isis), the Botanical Garden, and a Nubian village. 🧘‍♀️ Yoga among flowers and birdsong. Dinner on deck. Overnight mooring in Aswan.

DAY 7

Abu Simbel

Included excursion to Abu Simbel, the breathtaking monument built by Ramses II for Queen Nefertari and the sun gods. Return to the boat in the afternoon. 🧘‍♀️ Final sunset yoga to give thanks. Celebrate all that’s been lived and shared. Final night aboard.

DAY 8

Farewell

Breakfast and transfer to Aswan airport. We part ways… yet something inside has changed forever. The Nile stays with you.

Itinerary may adapt gently to the wind or weather — we honor the rhythm of the Nile.

Recommended: Comfortable clothing for practice, a light yoga mat, and a personal journal.
